W&W 2nd Birthday Challenges - 2

I've got another card to share for the Winnie and Walter 2nd Birthday Bash for the background challenge with Gayatri and the Inlaid challenge with Mayuri.  I've used the balloons from The Party Stampset to create the background. The word 'Happy' was then die cut and inlaid with a plain card. I'm also adding this card to Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes. Thanks for dropping by!
