Fusion Flowers

This was a quick masculine birthday card I made on the weekend using a bit of alcohol inked background I made a while ago. I usually make a whole bunch of these in one sitting and use them for a card whenever I need them. I based the design of the card on the current Fusion Card Challenge sketch. Thanks for dropping by!

I just love this stencil that I recently received from Altenew. The image is just gorgeous with any combination of colours. Here's my take on this month's Altenew Inspiration Challenge - A touch of winter. Mind you, we just had a heat wave in Melbourne over the weekend! Hello! It's nearly that time of the year again! I'm happy to join my crafty friend Michelle Lupton for her annual Christmas challenge again. This time, we are asked to CASE each other's card. Since Michelle gets drunk on alcohol inks, I thought I would give it a go! Here is my take on one of her cards from a couple of years ago! For the current challenge, you can see her CASE on one of my cards here. Thank you for dropping by!

Happy 25th Anniversary

I finally took the plunge and ordered this beautiful stamp from Altenew. Even though I'm not a colouring fan, I had fun colouring this Statement Flower stampset with Copic markers. No added design needed as the flowers speak for themselves! I had so much fun colouring, I ended colouring two more which I will share at a later date. Metropolitan Melbourne finally came out of strick COVID lockdown! Gradual transition to Covid-normal here!

Materials:
Altenew Statement Flower and Copic Markers
MFT Dienamics numbers and Honeybee Happy Dies

Altenew Get Wild with Washi Challenge

I just love this challenge at Altenew. I must confess I am a washi tape hoarder. When we were allowed to travel overseas, I would always be on a lookout for unusual washi tape to add to my stash! Needless to say, I have a small collection of Altenew tapes, I just love the wider tapes. Here are a couple of cards I made recently. A hack that I often use for cards is to add some tape to the envelopes. I do this for Christmas cards every year, it just add a bit of fun to the envelope. Thanks for dropping by!
