I have a card to add to the Altenew June Inspiration. I was going to make a masculine but decided to make one for a colleague leaving our project instead. I just love the blue with brown combo!

An 80th Birthday Card

This card is for a family friend of my Italian partner. When he asked me to make this card, he wanted an Italian greeting. I used the Altenew stamps for the background and sentiment, the background colours were based loosely on the current Altenew June inspiration challenge. When I was finished with the card, I was not happy that I met the challenge, so stay tuned for the next card!! Anyway, I think she would like the card! Thanks for dropping by!

Altenew May Inspiration

I just love the colours in this month's inspiration challenge at Altenew. I used the trusty and
"always no-fail" peony bouquet stampset and a bit of masking to create this card.

Altenew - A Year in Review Inspiration

Another wedding card

I have another wedding card to share using a combination of Altenew and Hero Arts stamps. There was a fair bit of trial and error with the sentiment as I wanted to emboss it. So I tried stamp-emboss-diecut, emboss-diecut and finally diecut-emboss (with the diet in place). I glued the sentiment to a strip of vellum, I really like how it overhangs the strip. I'm adding this card to the current Fusion Card Challenge - Soft and Subtle and Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge - Anything Goes.  Thanks for dropping by!

A wedding card

I have a wedding card to share using the current Muse challenge. The background rectangle was dry embossed and edged with embossing powder. The stamps are from Altenew. I stamped a heap of these flowers and leaves one night and it saved me a lot of time when I had 4 wedding cards to make in one weekend! Peony Birthday Card

I have a card to share that was made for my crafting friend Jenny. I've used the muse challenge card to base the design of the card using Altenew's Peony Bouquet. August Inspiration

The creative juices are really flowing this month! I love the Altenew August inspiration challenge, the card turned out exactly how I wanted it. Here it is! I'm also adding this to the current Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Fabulous Florals Challenge.
