Farewell card for Priti

I have a farewell card for a work colleague to share. The card is made to A4 size to allow plenty room for messages. When looking for a cardstock to use, I was going to use a watercolour card but decided against it when it looked too yellow next to the card base. So I decided to use the Tim Holtz Specialty Stamping Paper (this has been sitting there untouched for ages). I embossed the images and then proceeded to colour them in with distress inks. The last bit of touches were some gold paint splatters and some clear drops. I'm adding this to Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes.

Materials:
Card - Tim Holtz Specialty Stamping Paper, Neenah Solar White, Gold Card
Stamps - Altenew Beautiful Day, Hero Arts Alphabets, Concord and 9th Sophisticated Script
Inks - Distress Inks Picked Raspberry, Seedless Preserve, Peeled Paint and Broken China, Kuretake Gansai Tambi gold paint
Others - Hero Arts Gold EP, Versamark, Versafine, Pretty Posh Pink Clear Drops

Casing Michelle Lupton

I had to make a sympathy card last week and as I'm always in a hurry, I decided to use a stencil. When I found the stencil I wanted to use, it reminded my of my friend Michelle Lupton. We bought some Hero Arts stencils together a while back and she gifted me a stencil. I decided to use my newly acquired Distress Oxide Inks for this card with Michelle's CAS designs in mind. After making one, I decided to make another the following night with different colours. I'm adding this to A Blog Named Hero's Copy a Designer Challenge. Thanks for dropping by.

Materials:
Card - Neenah Solar White and Desert Storm
Stencil - Hero Arts Large Flower
Stamp - Hero Arts
Inks - Distress Oxide Iced Spruce, Fired Brick and Faded Jeans
Other - PPP clear drops

Fa La La La

I've had a lot of fun using these Concord and 9th dies for making Christmas cards. What I love is that the tree die is so big it fills up the whole card. I was most amused when I saw the current Muse challenge this week - perfect as I have the same dies! Here are my interpretations of Ardyth's card.

Materials
Card - Neenah Solar White and Desert Storm, Kaisercraft Glitter card
Stamps and Dies - Concord and 9th
Paper - Kaisercraft Mint Wishes

Christmas Bauble Gift Tags

I've been obsessed with my recent Concord and 9th order! I've made heaps of cards and some gift tags and I have some to share now. The bauble from the recent Christmas release is fantastic and it is so big that it fills up a card nicely. I decided to make tags for the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Christmas Gift Tag Challenge.  Thanks for dropping by!

Casing Jessica Frost-Ballas

I'm casing this card made by Jessica Frost-Ballas for the Hero Arts Holidays Blog Hop. I love the colours she used in the background! I used Distress Inks to create the background and white embossed some snowflakes. I decided to add a silver tape to the bottom of the card before adding the sentiment strip the die cut trees and house. Hope you like it! Thanks for dropping by!

Materials
Card - Neenah Solar White
Inks - Distress Inks Picked Raspberry, Salty Ocean and Wilted Violet
Stamps - Hero Arts various collections
Die - Memory Box
